Personally Blogging usually used blogging the platform that was free like Blogger.com and Wordpress.com so as almost all of them really free. Might not buy the domain, did not need rent hosting, that must be spent by you only computer electricity and your Internet connection.
Money Blogging generally used blogging the platform like Wordpress.org (differed from Wordpress.com) where we must spend money to buy the domain and rent hosting. There is also that used blogging the free platform like

Blogger.com. Whichever you?
Or you did not yet have blog?
Many people still did not know that made blog could get money.
Please they knew, approximately wanted not yes they moved from Personal Blogging to Money Blogging?
